WordLinks is a daily and archive-based word puzzle game. Features may include account sign-in, cloud sync, leaderboards, and in-app purchase unlocks.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate account details and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, cheating, fraud, or attacks on the service.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with app operation or attempt unauthorised access.
- Do not exploit bugs or automation to manipulate leaderboard outcomes.
- Do not reverse engineer or copy substantial parts of the service beyond what law allows.
4. Purchases
- WordLinks may offer a one-time archive unlock purchase.
- Payments and refunds are handled by the platform where you purchased (for example Apple App Store).
- We may require transaction verification for restore and fraud prevention.
5. Intellectual property
WordLinks branding, software, puzzle systems, and content are owned by WordLinks/Techniciti and protected by applicable law.
6. Service availability
We aim for high reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be paused, or be discontinued.
7. Disclaimer and liability
WordLinks is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You can stop using WordLinks at any time. You can request account deletion via the Account Deletion page. We may terminate or limit access for serious breaches of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable local law in the operator's jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
